Help individuals and couples make sense of their lives, make healthier choices, improve their relationships, and find joy in their work. Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and life coaching. Services are available to adolescents, adults, and seniors. About half my work is with couples in all sorts of relationships - marriage, dating, business partnerships, siblings, etc. The remainder consists of individuals working through issues such as navigating a personal crisis, resolving tension within a relationship, deciding on a life plan, handling challenges at work or at home, managing stress, learning to manage or overcome problems with anger, anxiety, or depression, or determining how to move forward with problem behaviors involving substance use or compulsions. Clients may seek specific skills such as mindfulness meditation, or relaxation training.
