About half my work is with couples in all sorts of relationships - marriage, dating, business partnerships, siblings, etc. The remainder consists of individuals working through issues such as navigating a personal crisis, resolving tension within a relationship, deciding on a life plan, handling challenges at work or at home, managing stress, learning to manage or overcome problem...

Clients may seek specific skills such as mindfulness meditation, or relaxation training.
