I'm really impressed with this company. I read a few reviews here online that would really discourage you from using their services, but I rate the company a 9 out of 10. Just took a renewal class and instructor course with them on August 30 and I must say Patricia was a great instructor. She really seemed to care about the success of the instructors and gave us some really good pointers. I even got my provider card the same day. I would say the only downer about this company is getting in touch with them via telephone. I called a few times before actually speaking to someone and even though I didn't get to them when I called, someone called me back, and even went as far as sending me an email within a few minutes. They did explain they were having some issues with their lines and were trying to fix them. Everyone, that I spoke to was informative and really nice and I didn't get bad treatment at all. I guess everyone doesn't have the same luck. I can definitely tell you the people were very supportive and convenient. 9 out of 10 Rating

I took a BLS course back in April of 2014 and I must say I am displeased at what happened to me. Patricia was a wonderful instructor, I'll give her that. But I started and still believe that she is not only a wonderful instructor, but a wonderful actress as well. I registered for the class late so I could not receive my BLS card the same day. Fine, I was OKAY with that as long as I have received a front and back copy of my card via email that I could present to my nursing school. But I never received a copy nor my actual card. I feel like I paid 80$ for a scam and so do my nursing school dean. She had said she never heard of Patricia Love. I called them multiple times and they would give me an excuse like, "Oh we ran out of cards, we won't have anymore until 3 days late". That BS if I ever heard some!! I was told I can get a copy of my card right away and I cannot get in touch with Patricia Love nor Grace Love, let alone the wellington Grp Inc. All I want is my money back and I don't care how long ago it was I took time out to do my course with you guys and you failed me and took my money in the process.

STAY AWAY from this facility, they are no honest . I registered for a CPR class on May 16,2013 with Patricia Love and I never receive the training for what I paid, she is a LIAR and she thinks I will give my money up, with out a fight but she is wrong. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Will do anything to get my money back, STAY AWAY ---- STAY AWAY---- STAY AWAY

This company and particularly the instructor PLOVE has provided safety and cPR training for all m renewals. One of the best instructors i have ever had! she is patient and provides lots of scenarios to help you get it

I have worked for this company since 2006. The management is very understanding, loving and considerate. They make accommodations on special request and they always look out for the community. I love this company I would never leave them. I would like to see this company grow.
