For bed bugs work is done for three days which in most cases eradicates the bed bugs. A follow up is provided as a warranty (only if the tenants responsibilities check list has been followed per exterminator's request).Responsibilities check list is provided to the client to the initial service. If client follows all tenant responsibilities as deemed by exterminator a one time courtesy visit will be performed after final follow up. Any work deemed necessary will be performed at this visit. No warranty for courtesy visit. Further visits subject to charge.
