I met Tom as he was doing a contract job for my neighbor. He gave me a price to replace my sidewalk. He asked for a deposit, plus convinced me it would be quicker if I got the permit. So I paid for that bill too. After paying out cash I haven't seen him since. Numerous phone calls and promises that he will come by to give back the deposit, once the weather declined but he proved unworthy. Excuses upon excuses upon excuses. All I wanted was my 300 deposit returned to me. Now see what happens next. Noboby should do business with this person, Thomas Lee Muszynski and California Construction in Walled Lake, MI. I agree with others: lies, cheats, bad business, no morals, and untrustworthy.

I also worked with tom for a long time in hopes of getting paid. Within 4 months of working for him I only got paid $400. He's good at getting you to feel bad for him and trust him while he strings you along. Every customer he has worked for is unsatisfied because he can't be straight about anything he says. Any job he does, like ryan said, I was on the roofing job he did and it seriously took 3 months to shingle a roof for a customer named moe. He kept running back and forth between jobs a few hours here and there and then when they would pay him, he lied to us and said they screwed him over and only gave him a little. In which he would give us each 50$ a couple weeks later after working from dawn until dusk or later every single day and night. The customers ended up firing him from all of the jobs. This guy takes what he can get for his own personal gain and does not care about who he screws over. My electricity went out because of him not paying me and in result I couldnt pay my bills. Please do not deal with Thomas, he is a liar and a cheat. He might be good at construction but he is a two bit hustler and is always going to jail for child support and selling prescription pills. This guy still owes me well over $5000 to this day and I'm not the only one. When the bill racks up and each employee starts catching on and calls him out on his bullcrap, he turns it around on them then ignores them and finds a new gullable person the work to death and screw over. Be aware!

Ryan and Ricky informed me that Thomas had a first page of Google Manta and that they finally spoke out. I can confirm everything they are saying is true. They worked on my house with Thomas for a few months until they each quit and the job never got done. Thomas was contracted to shingle a new roof on a home I was moving into along with some framing and dry walling inside of my house. He said that it would take 1 month to finish and talked a really good game at first...until after I signed the contract with him. Once the contract was signed and work was started, it was a nightmare. He proposed a 1/3rd deposit down on material and labor in the start which I gladly paid and then the rest toward the end. This job turned into a 6 month job that never got finished with him hitting me for payments every single week with some new excuse. The excuses made me feel bad for him because it ranged from him being in the hospital due to swine flu to his baby being sick and so on so forth. I ended up paying him thousands upon thousands of dollars more than contracted and every weeks end he was broke asking for more. He never paid his employees right and I believe he has a drug problem. I had to hire another company to finish the job and I do not recommend that ANYONE take a chance by hiring Thomas Muszynski. He scammed me out of too much money and this man needs to be stopped. He also sold prescription narcotics on the job site at my own house! If you see him, please get far away!

Do not deal with this guy, whether you're a customer or an employee. He is shady and a slimeball, a huge liar, cheat and theif. I worked with him for 2 months in the fall of 2013 because my buddy got me in with them. My buddy left shortly after I was hired, apologized to me for getting him in and warned me that if I knew what was best that I'd quit while I'm ahead. Tom reassured me that my friend was lying about not being paid and that I'd be paid. He'd tell me this friday, then a week goes by and it turns into next friday, then next and this went on for 2 months. By this time, He owed me $2500 and me and my wife were about to lose our house which we have 3 children to keep a roof over their heads. I kept telling Thomas that I needed to finally be paid or me and my family would be homeless and he just kept stringing me along. I finally quit after my wife forced me to, because tom kept making me feel bad for him because that's what he's good at doing. We lost our house and by the grace of god were lucky to have our family help us out, take us in until me and my wife found new jobs and could afford a new place. The entire time I worked for tom, he'd get paid and not pay any of his workers unless we were lucky and he was feeling charitable, we might see 50$ - 100$ within 3 weeks. He always had excuses that the customers keep screwing him over and not paying him and he was a good actor. For his customers, an example is it took him 3 months to do a roof. Dont trust

first, aint legit.thats why he wants cash. second takes way to long to finish job, if it gets finished, and cuts every corner available.

doesnt finish the job and the work is sub standard to say the least i would,nt recomend them to build a dog house also Thomas always wants to be payed in cash or make a check out to his girlfriend this is not normal for a legitimate buisiness in my opinion
