They did an excellent job with our fence but the gate they installed opens on its own and it's very frustrating because we have to turn it on and off every time we leave the house. We have dogs and leaving the gate on is dangerous as it opens on its own. They said they gave us a year of warranty and I have called and called and they promised they would give us a new one and never showed up. We left multiple messages and have not received a response. I would at least like the receipt so that I can exchange the motor on my own. It's been a couple of months at least we've been very patient with them and still nothing.
