Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens began in 1939 when some of the best farmland outside the small town of Sherrard became a cemetery.
Standing outside the Mausoleum high atop the hill, you can literally see miles of West Virginia stretching out before you. No less stunning is the view one gets upon entering the Mausoleum.
