Yes, I've finally got a good experience with this business. I know that I got a little frustrated with certain orders I had made and I was trying to establish some instore credit. Well then things got a little changed on my part with my costomers and when I did make the orders, one of them came back wrong and my costomer became very angry with me. Then I got angry with Grainger an you know things just rolled down hill. So I would to like thank Todd Stahl and Grainger representives who bent over backwards to straigtin things up for me.
