The plumbing contractor that been coming to my House and give me an ESTIMATED to fix my rear Patio water faucet cracked-broken housing due to Frostbite . He was strongly charging my 175.00 extra to breakdown the Brick wall and cut down the dry-wall from inside the garage to do it. Thanks to him . I done it myself by just Un-crewed by hand then a 15 minutes to Home Depot with $32.24 usd to replace the faucet all by myself. The whole JOB take less than One (1) hour. Please explain to me why did he come to my house and NOT EVEN TRY TO UNCREWS THE FAUCET before trying to charge me that Much???
