They were hired by consolidated to install fiber optics. They would dig holes for the wire and throw their garbage in it and planned to bury the evidence. I would find cigarette butts in the yard. I caught them and addressed the foreman. He kept making excuses and his excuse was “they aren’t my team they are from Bismarck team and I can’t control them.” He claimed that they would “clean up nice”. No they didn’t. I ended up making sure my yard was clean everyday they left. They disrespected our property and acted as if they owned it and just treated it like a dumpster. Unprofessional to say the least.
