Stay away from Germaine Taylor of Germain Taylor of 574 Winthrope Avenue, New Haven CT 06511 tele no. 203-887-8971. He presents himself as knowledgeable and caring, but he does not deliver. He takes deposits, never shows up when promised and in this case, chose to walk off the job after he tore apart our attic, leaving gas lines, power lines, freon lines hanging off the building in an incomplete dangerous state. He agreed to specific specifications as to how to install a new hvac system, disregarded the directions and then after installing the air handler incorrectly realized he should have followed the directions, and then left the job and has not returned in 3 weeks, but has made numerous broken promises to show up. Do not use Germain Taylor for your HVAC work, he is an impostor. Sadly he had potential to be great. I am sorry for him. See you in court Germaine.

T & H Refrigeration owned by Germain Taylor failed to delivered on work he was contracted to do. He received $18,000 dollars out of $21,000.00 to deliver a new complete HVAC system in a new construction, my Veterinary Clinic. He only delivered from his scope of work one condenser unit. He has not come to run the lines to the all the rooms throughout the space, installed the wall mounted units, traps, etc. Construction in the space was halted since February 1 due to his failure to deliver since the drywalls can not be install without the HVAC lines. I have tried to reach him numerous times to urge him to come and the times he had responded he said he is coming but he never comes. In March, we realized he was fooling around and asked him for the materials he took from the space, guaranties for the condenser and the wall units he bought so I can hire another contractor to do the job, he said it was not necessary because he was going to come to finish his work. I also asked him for the receipts so we can assess the money spent on materials in order to get my money back. Since then, he has not answered my calls, emails or text messages. This business and his owner is a Fraud.

These Guys are crooks please run as far as possible from them. They took my money and didn't do a proper job. They install the hvac and the entire time hacking me for money. They claim pay half now pay half when work is done, however every week they needed money. They install the system and left they didn't put any of the vents in. Now I have them come out and start the system and its not working, I have been calling them since this weekend, and they haven't showed up. No regards for customer once they get paid. Please for the sake of your sanity I don't care who recommend them do not use them. They are not qualify and they don't have any conscience.
