Marian is extremely unresponsive, taking months to respond to a simple request for a chirping smoke alarm, and years to follow through on other requests like removal of refuse from common areas. The property manager they assigned to us comes to every board meeting to announce that she has made no progress on gathering bids for outstanding projects our building has assigned to her for years. She has wasted our money paying contractors to come out to give a bid and then never receiving the bid. Because of her incompetence, we have literally spent money in exchange for nothing. The company president leaves five-star reviews for the firm under his own name online rather than using his time to address the performance of his employees.
