Due to the lax to detail and failure to keep appointmets, and certainly the failure of Joe Jennings and his crew to clean up properly during a job; I Can Not recommend this company to be involved in any general and/or sub-contractural work.

A M I would not recommend this company. We paid a lot of money to have our gutters cleaned, yet the job did not get done. The guys were here for about 20-30 minutes, and since I don't know how long it really takes, I believed them when they said they were done. However, a couple weeks later we had some rotting trim replaced on our house, and the company that did it recommended we replace most of the gutters because they were too small for our house. We agreed and they pulled the old gutters off the house. We were very surprised to find them completely full of dirt and debris. I even told the contractor doing the gutters that we had just had them cleaned, and he said there was no way they had recently been cleaned. We took pictures and sent them to the owner of Gutter Done. We eventually were able to get in touch with him (it took a lot to contact him) and he agreed to reimburse us, stating he couldn't believe the way the gutters looked either. He sent us half of the money back, indicating he'd send the other half that following week. Even though I've contacted him since, we are still waiting for the remainder after almost 5 months. I do not recommend using this company, as you will never know for sure if the job you paid for was really done. And if you find out it wasn't, you'll spend a lot of time trying to get your money back to pay someone else to do it right.
