PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU TRULY HAVE A JOB THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO GO TO...now that I have your attention....my daughter is currently working in/with a speech therapist Bc at the time she started she was 3 and still perfecting her ability to communicate. the first warning sign should of been they CANNOT(will not) accommodate her to do the zoom one day a week for 30 whole minutes due to being understaffed...ok I was willing to work with that...then after telling them that I get a call within a week Bc "other kids are having a problem understanding her and think she is speaking another language" I repeated what was said to me just to make sure I heard properly and my response was wow did you take that moment to educate the child on diversity Bc everyone will not sound the same...INSTEAD it was inferred that there was not the manpower to give her the attention she needs in that class sooooo then she is then placed into the next grade level not with less kids but with Atleast 10-15 more .....then I was called several times for behavioral problems now...I'm not one who thinks my child is an angel /saint BUT SHE IS 3 sooo some behaviors are expected or should be....they took it personal when she wouldn't comply with their instructions I spent more time on the phone with them telling them how to keep my child there...I wish I read the reviews prior to taking my daughter out of the other place...I was advised by a friend that the older side was phenomenal and I should of asked more question...the director got offended Bc while on hold she heard me speaking about how inconvenient it was for me to have to come and pick up my child for the 2nd time in that week....STAY AWAY PAY FOR A PLACE THAT WANTS YOUR CHILD!!! I would not send my dog here to be watched...he would probably bark too much that's how ridiculous some of the reasoning I was dealing with....lastly I volunteered to have them record my daughter behavior Bc it was sooooo drastic of what I seen at home other places and you can guess I got ZERO VIDEOS....there was a teacher there Loren that left that really took time with my daughter she was patient and kind...within one day of her leaving I got calls back to back that were rudely left on my phone to pick up my daughter and by the way no one will be able to answer the phone so just come....I know there is no "perfect place" but I definitely have never seen the rudeness in a director o experienced here I am guessing parents are sooooo desperate to have childcare they just swallow somethings and I understand that...I just cannot in good conscience object my daughter to it...Bc if you talk to me that way and I can repeat and report....what are you doing to a child that cannot articulate everything that's happening by the way she also came home and told me of incidents of her being hit or pushed and I would call and they would say ohhhhh I thought the other teacher told you...but you made my child out to be problem child #1 I am working with the school system to get my daughter the assistance she needs but it came off of them being very impatient and I advised her of all of the arrangements I was taking concerning behavior, speech but it basically was like we gonna just keep calling you to pick her up...I even told them the speech therapist were willing to talk to them directly to assist with making her stay there smoother....not really interested

This business is a JOKE! They treat the kids terrible. My oldest kid use to tell me about how the staff raised their voice. I thought my child was just sensitive. I actually saw it myself but still gave them the benefit of doubt. After I pulled my kids out of that TERRIBLE place, I realized how unhappy my kids were. They went to another daycare and actually woke up excited to go. I do believe an employee or owner wrote the defensive review below. They let their own kids run around the place like wild kids and have not an ounce of care for the parents. I witnessed a care provider roll her eyes at a parent when the parent walked away. PLEASE take a good close look at this place before you consider sending your precious child there.
