Backup Utlity Contractors, Inc. is an approved contractor for the City of Houston to install water meter taps from 3/4" to 12" . We perform site work & site utilities for residential and commercial projects and also install sanitary, storm drainage, water distribution, concrete paving, sanitary and storm lift stations.
