We inspect footers and foundations, joists and trusses, walls, ceilings, and roofs to analyze the construction techniques and design the approriate repairs. We provide a SUMMARY LETTER which documents the findings of our review, and provides two estimates of how to repair the problem. In some cases, we also perform the repair work, depending on the scope of work
