Steves Flooring is joke-He will not even remember who you are when you call him back to get your bid. He bragged about how busy he was, well he is too busy for me! Arrogant, and pompous, I will take my business elsewhere. CArol, Overland Park, Ks

We are not pleased with the services we received from the people that Steve contracted to do the jobs and making sure that our order was correct. The people that came to actually do the jobs knicked up our furniture and our baseboards, they shoved their trash down our vents, smoked, played loud music, kept the doors to our house open all day. When Steve was contacted about our order being messed up and the wrong product being brought out he did nothing to correct ti. I emailed Steve and he still has not responded. I have not heard one apology out of this man. Steve should really get out of this business because he cares nothing about the customer and their satisfaction, only the money. Once he has your money he won't return your calls or emails. I contacted Payless Flooring and they didn't do anything because he only uses their flooring. We were having our basement done in another year and we like Payless but we will not be using now because of their lack of concern as well. I informed them this really looks back for their business. I am turning him in to the better business bureau.
