Free Yoga classes taught by nationally certified instructors.
Eire Yoga ("Eire" pronounced "air" is the Celtic name for the Irish Isles). My wish is to share the gift of yoga with as many people as possible. My classes are on a donation basis only. Everyone is welcome donation or not and all donations are anonymous and go to humanitarian aid. Classes include flow and restore. I have been teaching yoga for 2 years, I trained with Centered City Yoga.
