A realtor licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina serving the Grand Strand area around Myrtle Beach. We had vacationed in Myrtle Beach, bought a second home (condo) here in 1999, and in 2004 we moved permanently from Maryland after purchasing a home. For many years I had taken friends and family all around the Grand Strand to help them find their own property to purchase. "I am not a salesperson, but I am someone who provides quality assistance in all phases of real estate purchase and sales. When I act as the Buyer's Agent my service is FREE even if it takes years before a purchase or the perfect property is never found. When working to sell real estate I will not simply stick a sign in the yard." Sandy Keller, ABR, CNRS, SFR, e-PRO, Realtor
