i've shopped my glass here over 8 years no Hassell till an Indian none speaking guy answered and super loud noise in the back guys laughing and talking in another language, maybe change owners. i will still shop because good prices but get a good speaking English person to answer phones!!!!!!!!!!!!

horrible customer service. stray away from this online business. they'll likely cancel your order and "refund" your money in less than an hour after the online purchase, but that will never come and you'll be out of some hard earned cash like myself. dunno what to do about the situation, but it's been long enough i'm just considering it a loss - don't do business with these crooks - shop from credible sites... wish I had read reviews on this website beforehand...but now I know I guess. and so do you...

This in my opinion is not a reliable business. The lady that answers phone is not helpful at all and I did not feel comfortable with my order and cancelled.
