For over 25 years I have studied the art of cakes and culinary sweets around the world. I have studied with Earlene Moore, and Collette Peters who you may have seen on the Food Network Channels. I have taught many local and private cake classes as well as classes at the Eastern New Mexico University in Portales New Mexico. Call me for a consultation and tasting.
