Outdoor 6-week fitness boot camp offering conditioning exercises using body weight, resistance bands and hand weights. At Sweat It Out Fitness, we offer a group environment with the personal touches of one on one training. You are never left on your own. We have two (2) certified instructors at each session ready to offer any guidance or assistance to ensure that you are getting the absolute most out of every exercise and every class for the entire time you are with us. We motivate and encourage. We guide and we train. We ensure that you do it right and without injury, increasing your chances of exercising long into your future. Our fitness boot camp is open to men, women and young adults of all fitness levels.
