Very Rude! Unprofessional both the employee Alfa and his Supervisor Rebecca. Armando is running an illegal booting operation at the McDonald's on bridge and 4th street. They are sitting behind McDonald's and using spotters to tell them when people walk away from there vehicles and immediately booting and towing cars. They refuse to allow people to pay the $75 booting fee.

The people working for this company are pathetic and very ugly people. To think that they spend their day ruining other people's days is extremely sad. I feel sorry for these people & wish they could find a way to enhance the lives of others & contribute to a better society. Raping people for $75 to remove a boot from their car is a sad way to make a living.... Poor you!

I wish mine was just booted. Ate dinner at Shoguns, walk over to Kelly's Pub to have a beer and by 11pm my car had already been towed. Cost...$192

This place should be shut down. Putting a boot on someone's vehicle while they are standing in line at the establishment you say your keep the lot clear of is outrageous. Further more for your staff to say the customer is not a customer until the order has been paid for is not an acceptable way to conduct business. You are only exploiting the customers of cash and as a result the establishment is now loosing business. When the customer walks out with the food and receipt in hand 4 minutes later is your staffs fault for booting the car payment should not have been needed for their mistake.

I agree with all of the other people who were victims of this establishment. I left my car for just a few minutes. I didn't notice the person waiting in the parking lot and paid to immediately ticket and boot your car. He was pathetic and could care less how long I was there. This is the most community unfriendly experience I've had in ABQ. I will never visit the McDonald's associated with this horrible excuse for a business. Don't patronize the McDonald's across from UNM. You will be ticketed and booted.

I am not sure what they are doing is legal. Booting was originally meant to keep people from parking in crowded places for hours. Or people who had outstanding warrents -such as parking tickets. I parked at McDonalds for 10 min. Saw this guy, but there was no parking at starbucks. There was a line of cars from starbucks to McDonalds. Mc Donalds had about 15 empty parking spots - so i wasnt taking anyones spot. Who gets out these days to walk 50 feet anyway. So he botted my car in those 10 min. Then told me I could walk across the freeway to get money from the ATM on the other side of 25. I got no receipt either HE just took the cash

Worst of Albuquerque. Parking enforcement is a legitimate necessity, but some companies in this sector--Armando's being a prime example--exist solely to exploit business owners and patrons alike through blatantly self-serving practices. Running predatory "sting" booting operations in nearly-empty parking lots helps nobody except Armando's: it intimidates and irritates legitimate patrons and engenders broad community antipathy towards the businesses supposedly under representation. Such practices are illegal in much of the country, but sadly not Albuquerque. A couple other things to note about Armando's: He has an "F" rating with the BBB (contrast this with other towing companies in Albuquerque). His business address is a rented postbox in a UPS Store in Rio Rancho. He dodges civil and criminal accountability by doing business under a name ("Armando's") not properly registered with the Secretary of State of NM or the City of Albuquerque. In short, Armando Sanchez is a parasite of the lowest sort. If you need parking enforcement, and are also a self-respecting human being, you'll do the right thing and contract with a responsible company and not Armando Sanchez.
