I located Reyco Rods & Restorations on the internet and emailed the owner Alan Reynolds. At first Alan was very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. I decided to go to Florida and meet with him in order to set up a build sheet. In March of 2012 I signed a contract with Alan for him to build me a custom 1927 Ford Roadster. I gave Alan $4377.00 as a down payment. Alan told me it should take 30 days to build the car, but no more than 60 days. Fast forward 11 months later, I still don’t have a car. Alan is full of excuses and is a very good CONMAN. Alan finally agreed to have my roadster completed by Christmas and he would pay for the shipping to my house since it took so long. I called Alan after Christmas and learned the roadster still wasn’t done. I then asked for my money back. Alan agreed to give me my money back, but never did. I again call Alan and this time asked him to make a deal with me. I wanted him to give me the roadster “as is” for the money I already pay. Alan agreed to that and I contacted a shipper to go get the vehicle. The next day Alan shut off his phone and didn’t return my calls. I then got a text from him asking for another $1698.00. Alan said he believed that was a fair deal. Since I had no other choice I agreed to pay him the extra money, but I wanted him to finish some things on the car before I paid him. Alan agreed to that and I sent my shipper with a check to get what I thought would be a 90% completed roadster. no car

MY husband entered into a proposal January 10, 2012 for Alan Reynolds to construct a 1934 Ford Kit Car, a Body on a rolling chassis. He gave Alan Reynols $5,000.cash deposit. Alan and my husband both signed the proposal/contract. He was to have the car ready for pick-up March 15, 2013. My husband Charles Schury ended up in court and was issued @ $5,000.00 Judgement against Reyco Rods & Restoration, Alan Reynolds Co. January 07,2013, my husband made an offer to remove the judgement if he made a Body that he offers on his web site for less than what the judgement was for. Alan agreed to the offer and said he would have it completed in three weeks. Weeks later it was 2 more weeks and so on. As of this date, my husband has received nothing for what is at this time approx: $6,900.00 put out for the original Deposit and Recovery cost. Alan Reynolds has done nothing to resolve this matter. I told my husband to go ahead with the writ of execution for the Sheriff Sale of the business. He has resisted this up to now. He tells me he would not want someone to do that to him. Well guess what! That would never happen to my husband because in his business I have seen him back his products even at a cost to him. I would never recommend someone doing business with this person, or Company. Judith G. Schury 412-691-3019

I gave Alan Reynolds Owner of Reyco Rods and Restoration $5,000.00 Cash Deposit to Build a Fiberglass Kit Car Roller Body/Chassis. He Delivered Nothing In Return. I Filed a case against Reyco Rods for Recovery of My Money. I was awarded a Judgment Against Reyco Rods. This is Filed In the Official Book od Records Both In Lake County Florida and In The State Of Forida. This is a matter of Public Record Case No. 2012 SC 002288. I Would Not recommend anyone doing Business with this person or his Company
