I am new to Georgia and have toured several daycares in the Alpharetta, Roswell, and Johns Creek area. My preferance is for my child to become a part of a Godly, family oriented, learning, ad nuturing environment, and not to be treated like a number for some large corporation whose major concern is making the next dollar. I was VERY impressed with the atmosphere and people that I encountered at Joyful Praise Academy. My child has been there for 2 months and I only have positive things to say about the center and their staff, it's like having family here. It's comforting to know that I have people that love and care for my son the way my own family would if they were here. Joyful Praise Academy is / was heaven sent.

I enrolled my infant in this academy 2 months ago and to my surprise he is doing sign language. It shocked me that my baby is not only trying to form words but he's doing sign language as well. This is something that I didn't think an infant could do much less my child is at the beginning levels of speaking. I encourage anyone that would like for their child to receive a well rounded balance of education to look into Joyful Praise Academy.

O G I love this place!!! My children have learned so much just over the past two weeks. My two year old is now pottying and my four year old is signing, I mean really signing in just two weeks!!! I have always feared putting my children in the care of others, but now I'm very comfortable and wish I would have done this before now!

first of all, it's sad how people come on here and make false statements about their own business. If you choose to enroll your child here, GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!! Secondly, please what ever you do PLEASE CALL BRIGHT FROM THE START @ 404-656-5957 and do a complete background check on this facility. My god daugther attened this facility, and it was horrible. First of all ask the what do they feed the children, and if they can provide you with a current schedule. Also, ask them what is a curriculum and what is their curriculum, they don't have one and don't know what it is. take a walk through the entire business and always pop up!!!!! I'm suprise these people are still open!!!!!! My god daughther is in a much, much better school where she is learning and recieving great care!

The Teachers and Support Staff were great with my two children, unfortunately, the billing personnel, Ms.Chawanda, has some not so nice billing practices. She told me on a Friday evening I had to pay $500 in back up or else don't bring my children the following Monday. When I asked her to provide supporting documentation, she informed myself and my fiancee she didn't have to. She graciously took it upon herself to have the Sheriff's office come to my job and upgraded the $500 to over $1,000. I haven't yet received any supporting documents. If you like this kind of unprofessionalism and drama then by all means - sign up.

Please be very, very careful before choosing this school for your kids. The school is HORRIFIC, dirty, and major outbreaks of scabbies and HAND/FOOT COW DIEASE!!!! NO one here is educated, certified nor does the school have a educational curriculmn. Please do your research on the state License office, Bright From the Start and view all their complaints. Also, high teacher turn over, using a christian name to get money from innocent parents, and the playgroung area is run down and dirty, and so is the school. Children are not fed proper food, pork with every meal and are only giving small portions. BE CAREFUL, it's cheap, but their dangerous!!!!!!!!!!!

Joyful Praise Academy is one of the best schools in Alpharetta, GA. This school not only capitalized on the christian values that we teach my child, but they also allowed her to receive additional tutoring in areas that she was having a hard time in. I suggest that you go and experience the academy for yourself. The staff has ALWAYS been professional and understanding with any concerns that I may have encountered. My daughter has been at this academy since she was an infant she is now 3 and NEVER has she experienced any "outbreak" of any kind. I do have a preference that my child does not eat pork and NOT one time during a pop up visit have i experienced any of the children eating pork. Joyful Praise Academy is GREAT!!!!
