They provide little to no customer service at all. I have been contacting them for over a year due to their failed work, resealing my dampers. They returned them to me with a busted seal, causing clunking and banging in a vehicle when installed. I have conversations saved both via email, social media messenger and phone call recordings with the OWNER and one female employee acknowledging this. They ignore all customer service calls and emails, and continue to post on social media taking people's money. The owner, Jon K will be hearing from my lawyer.
