I wish I could rate -10. I worked for this company for a few months 2018-2019 and was placed at Kirchhoff in Tecumseh. Everything started fine at 1st. I was then made "supervisor" of my shift and when one of the managers asked what I though of a new person I was put back on the lines and no longer supervisor because I told the truth that he wasnt working out. Whatever I rolled with it and kept working. I then slowly stopped getting paid on time (noone was). Then the checks weren't just late but also short hundreds of dollars. One day on pay day we got texts at 445pm saying "no checks today".... THAT TEXT CAME AT 445 ON PAY DAY! Want to know why? They were going bankrupt and had to get a loan from the bank that hadn't went through yet. Then the managers stopped knowing when we would get paid and they would ask me (not a manager or supervisor) "do you know when we are getting paid?" Wow you are the boss asking your workers when we are getting paid? Another thing 1 of the managers would go to her car at lunch and I got a txt (I still have that text) saying it's raining to hard I'll be back in when it stops"..... that same manager was seen napping for hours at a time in her car durring her shift. Now I'm waiting on my W2 which I was told by their HR department "I'll email it to you right now." Here we are 24 hours later and no W2..... this company has since been kicked out of kirchhoff and the contract was taken over by another company but with the same JA employees. The workers are constantly on their phones, high, drunk, late, no shows, leave early, napping in their cars. If you want to guess when you are getting paid or if your check will be correct and if you want to do your work and the work of the ones who slack off then this is the company for you! SMH a child could run a company better......

Still waiting on my check.. It has been 2 weeks now cant get a phone call from anyone who knows anything. Another week I will be calling the problem solvers maybe they can get a phone call back from you. And I was working at the DMS plant and was laid off with no notice before along with everyone else bad business from this company this wont be the only complaint you will be getting i suggest you give your employees there checks you owe them.
