Had a great experience with this guy. Showed up on time, included me with what needed to be done. Was polite and good company though he stayed busy. Was a good experience all together

WORST "PROFESSIONAL" I HAVE EVER MET, called for an emergency at night and he showed late with a HORRIBLE attitude, Being quite rude to my mother (who had the leak), and telling us we dont know what we are talking about... when he showed up and saw that my leaky valve was under a bush.. he proceeded to TEAR my bush out with his hands doing damage to it obviously... but then quickly turned to me and said sorry... there is nothing I can do.... this guy is a Flipping joke....and cost more money than he's worth! If your looking for a job WELL done... LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

I am the onsite Director at Cristown Estates. John D'Ambrosio is our preferred contractor for any and all plumbing work. He does exactly what is requested, he does it perfectly the first time, and his rates are a bargain in my opinion.
