Quan Tran of Trans Brother Construction is a deceptive and dishonest contractor. He left the work that he started on my house unfinished and it has cost me many hours of time to correct. I have had to take legal action against him. He left me without stairs to my basement, had me pay for a sump pump that I could not use, and distributed the dirt that he removed from my basement throughout my backyard. He left my home open to the elements throughout the winter of 2013 which was the worst Boston, MA has experienced in some years. This was the result of him having started building a structure to access the basement and then abandoning the job. I also had two separate instances where I had the city's code enforcers ticketed me for illegal dumping at the cost of $250. The company list an address in Randolph but there is no business at that location.
