Habitat for Humanity Niagara is dedicated to the elimination of poverty by building homes in our community for families in need Habitat for Humanity Niagara builds safe, decent houses and provides no-down-payment, no-interest mortgages to low-income families who would otherwise not be able to purchase their own homes. Established locally in 1993, we have constructed 40 new homes in Niagara over the past 20 years. Our mission is to mobilize volunteers, donors and community partners in building affordable housing and promoting home ownership as a means of breaking the cycle of poverty.
