I sent 3 boxes to Suva Fiji. One box got stolen in Fiji. Called Shashi Prakash the owner of Freight Services and texted the owner to discuss to ask to get a refund of the cost of the items and the shipping cost. At first he replied but did not accept responsibility and now he is not responding to text message or returning any calls. It will be cheaper to pay me for the cost of the items and ship ping now I am filing documents in small claims court and he will be paying for costs and other costs added to the cost of items and shipping cost. He is not a business owner and does not have insurance to cover costs and not a professional business. Be careful buyer be aware.
