we use CO2 to ice blast industrial equipment and to remove mold from commercial and residential facilities. South Pointe use carbon dioide dry ice pellets to blast away contaminants in industry, residential or commercial applications. Dry ice blasting creates a thermal reaction when the cold ice is blasted on the equipment and causes the debris to release its bond with the equipment. It is approved by the FDA and the EPA for use in food grade applications in industry and and other uses. It will not contaminate with a secondary debis like sand blasting or other forms of media blasting, making for quick and easy clean up. In most cases ice blasting can be done while equip is still in place and still running, saving time and money and down time. South Pointe also does Mold Proofing and mold remediation using only GREEN products, to protect the environment and the health of our customers.
