I had the worst experience ever with this company in Elyria,OH my aunt passed away from a massive heart attack the very DAY that i bought my package... none the less it was only a week package but i had been tanning there before and had always been a good paying customer and even bought expensive lotions. I was out of town that whole week, and when i thought to give them a call they would NOT refund my money... and to top it off.. noone ever even offered me the chance to come in and restart my week that had been paid for and un-used.. not that tanning is really on my mind now, but im seriously disgusted with the way i was treated.
