By OWP Technology it would possible to installed wind turbines on the stationary foundations in depth 200+ meters, thus providing access to most of all area along the continental shelf. The OWP also provides the means to replace the main parts of the wind turbine and delivered maintenance personnel and materials to wind turbine during rough seas. The cost of manufacturing and installation wind turbine foundation would be a fracton versus ongoing technology.
