As a customer of Westside Disposal for over 11yrs, They have only increased prices 1x, during this time. They don't getcha with all the extra fees. My billing is in 2mnths cycles and as long, as the bill is paid on time for my billing, I never receive late fees or service suspension. I've never had such customer service from the drivers of this company. I was injured and unable to take my cans to the road, my driver took time to retreive off my porch, OFF MY PORCH! Not sure what the previous person is sayin but this company is great, I've never had a rude person on the phone will putting my trash on hold for a vacation or restart. I tell everyone about Westside Disposal.

We have had service with this company for 5 years and just finished service with them. Their bills are outragously incorrect....my bill was due on Dec 14th and I got a bill from them Jan 3rd, which was dated, Dec 31st, mind you...saying that our service will be suspended on the 28th of Dec....does that make any sense to any of you? Anyway...the gal is rude and the boss wouldn't take my call, according to Stacy...so yeah...we're done....just beware of who you do business with!!
