Consulting and training regarding the Wisc. Real Estate Transfer Return (eRETR) and Merger Conversions MC-500 Report. Retired December 30, 2010 from the Wisc. Dept of Revenue. For the past 25 years, I developed the Wisc. Real Estate Transfer Fee program under s. 77.22, Stats. and the Merger Conversion under s. 73.14, Stats. I designed the audit procedures, accounting records for both the monthly county and audit collections. I wrote the newsletters (RETN) based upon the numerous questions received, court cases and rules on the transfer fee law. I was the business side of the eRETR (electronic Real Estate Transfer Return) design and build for filing on line and eliminating the paper transfer return. Since retiring, I have begun consulting, training via seminars on the transfer fee law under ch. 77, Stats and Tax 15, Wis. Adm. Code. Also, filing the MC-500 report under s. 73.14, Stats.
