Decent food. However, the manager (Phu) is in desperate need of customer service training. He was inconsiderate, unapologetic, rude and unaccommodating. To try and support this new ownership with a 40 people party, only to be met with many issues like having nothing ready upon arrival and no air conditioning in 80 degree heat. Apparently the AC had issues for months yet he didn't care to share this information with me for the party. Then kept lying about things and appeared to have enjoyed talking in circles with a frustrated yet extremely patient party. At one point (after 45 minutes of guests kindly request for air) he said they accidentally put it on heat instead of cool and that was why it was so hot. He had no care in trying to solution any issues but instead acted confrontational and annoyed. Because of this, he's lost a huge bonus I was willing to drop on top of the bill. His main waiter was taken care of though, as this young man showed more professionalism than the manager himself. If you are the owner reading this, I hope you will reevaluate your management so that you don't lose out on valuable business.
