Absolute Worst company to deal with! We put an order in online to get the ball rolling because our customer needed a pump asap. We also received a quote which was $200 more than the online price so that seemed a little fishy like they are trying to bait the customer. They said they have been updating their online pricing, but when I checked none of the pumps have been updated. According to our call it was in stock. It was ok with us on price because we called in so we thought they would just adjust it. Then we get a notice that the order was cancelled and refunded. Unfortunately they still haven't refunded our purchase and it's been a week. They started giving me stories that there was a card issue, then it's paypal's issue, then their bookkeeper is out. Just a bunch of BS stories. So after I told them they need to refund our order when the bookkeeper get's in the next morning, I get an email stating that everything is all taken care of and it will be processed first thing in the morning. Guess what? Still no refund. Anyone looking to buy from this company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are trouble. They have no customer service skills or platform. They do not value you as a customer and try and put the blame on you. As you can see bu the other comments and ratings your dealing with some real snakes. Heed warning!
