As a owner of a business you absolutely must be cognizant of other people's time. You must show some kind of respect when booking appointments and keeping the appointment. When you constantly change appointment times on the day of the original appointment you have inconvenienced all parties involved. Not a very good experience. This owner has NO concept of time management.
