Excellent customer service! We've been with Direct tv for three months now and it's nice being able to call their local branch and talk to someone immediately. They told me when I signed up that start-up and installation costs would be free, which seemed to good to be true. Sure enough thats exactly what happend! For anyone whos sick of cable companies pushing them around I would recommend Satellite Consulting :-)
