Neuro Harmony's website claims that they accept Magellan Healthcare. My daughter who was an EIU student at the time had been treated there for Psychotherapy and Crisis Therapy. Neuro Harmony's agreement with Magellan Healthcare is they must file invoices within a 90 day window. Which is more than reasonable. Well, Neuro Harmony submitted January and February invoices in June which is months after their filing agreement. Magellan Healthcare denied their claims and they have since hired a collection agent demanding payment from my daughter who is struggling with mental health issues, thus causing more stress and anxiety! We have never had issues with Magellan not paying other therapists until dealing with this business. Do not send your loved ones here. They do not act in the best interest of their patients.
