Please do not make the mistake and use these people to take care of your loved ones. My father passed away unexpectedly and our funeral home does their cremation through Alpha and Omega. We asked if we could see my father at the funeral home but he had already been sent to the crematorium. He had some property on him when he passed and I was waiting for them to give it to me so I asked to see my father while I was waiting and they refused. While I was in there front office waiting, I noticed there was an older gentleman, on a gurney, deceased, and had nothing on except a sheet to cover him from about the chest and down. How can you refuse me to see my father, but you have dead people in the lobby area? I'm sure their family wouldn't appreciate that at all! I then began to wonder if my father had been left in that state as well, with anyone able to see him laying out, but my family and I were denied the chance to see my father. Such a horrible experience! Please, please, please, do not let your family members be taken here.
