This is a full service real estate real estate brokerage specializing in residential real estate. Currently working with Fannie Mae, Premiere Asset Services, Green River Capital, National Default Services, Old Republic, Owen REO, Coldwell Banker Asset Management, and GMAC. I have been an exclusively REO Agent for 14 years. I handle property inspections, cash for keys or evictions, BPOs, property preservation/maintenance before and during the listing period as required, all reporting, marketing, offers, and escrow as dictated by the owner of the property. With the opening of my own office, I have an REO team to handle the day to day responsibilities of the REO property management and preservation. The team consists of an REO listing agent, short sale specialist and 6 buyers agents. We have a great team!
