I was in a car accident Mar 12, 2012. I went to Anderson, Hemmat, and Mcqinn. I was told that if I didn't go to Movement Dynamics, we would not have a case. I was also told that I could see a MD. I found out later that because Movement Dynamics had a nurse check my relflexes, that my lost wages claim was invalid, after spending hours finding and faxing 7 years of tax returns. That fat toxic nurse who hadn't taken care of her own health, told me, "I can't let you have time off work to rest." I lost the $20.00/hr. job because, you can't take 5 days off work to go for therapy and keep a job. I had to file Bankruptcy due to job loss, and now Movement dynamics think that they are exempt from Bankruptcy law. I have to get another job to pay for an attorney to stand up for what is right. So far Geico has paid 12,500.00 only because movement dynamics promised and MD, and gave me a nurse, which caused my lost wages claim to be denied, and I can't win a court case.
