My main issue is the pick up by agents who would not respond to calls, voicemail and text. Customer service provided no assistance as well other than telling me that he would call the agent. I found out that other carriers would take my boxes so i did after a week of waiting for a response. Take note that I give tips to these agents especially now that gas prices are at its highest. Not sure if this is isolated, but not a good experience and would not recommend this business. Nothing worse than being ignored. A prompt response of "yes or no" would have suffice.
