Please do not register for Passbook by Remitly, they will close your account once you start using your card. I am a US citizen and provided all kinds of supporting documents that they want me to provide, but the reason will be that you want them to close your account. It seems that they just want to collect your IDs. This is a scam. Cash App will be much better than them. This is the worst company ever. If you want a US bank account, I suggest you visit the bank in person.
