Beware! Read all the reviews before you decide to rent from Walkers Property Management. They were good while we were living in the rental unit. After we decide to move out the problems started. Keith will try to get as much money from your deposit as possible! $96 for a smoke alarm with labor!!! Is it gold plated?!! We got charged cleaning fees for a place that was already clean. We were supposed to be notified of the walk thru and cleaning since we were technically still living there. But it was all done even without asking if we cleaned or not. Which we did. Keith said he called and left multiple messages. Not true. Didn't recieve a single call from him. If I need to find out the progress. I had to call everytime. Which again he said would get back to me but 2 days later still nothing so I had to call again. Just keep track and take pictures of everything.
