This is an interesting find on the Internet and most likely is a false business set up by Dora Asquino "Berney" and her family as a way to hide stolen money from John Berney. Dora Asquino Berney never owned a business, never operated a business, admitted in Mediation she knew nothing about a "business", and coincidently set this business up the same year she began sharing a checking account with John Berney. Any family that reads this should seriously consider pre-nuptial agreements with aging parents who marry "gold diggers."
