If you want to pay rent every month and have your home inspected every month just for everything to stay broken then welcome home!!! sliding glass door has been broken for the 10yrs we've been here. the strain from having to pull keeps breaking the handle so rather then fix the door they just put on new handle. last time it broke she told me to put baby oil on the door. they were also provided a list of everything that needs to be fixed after that the response given when we informed them of issues we were told to add to the list. yet office manager has had time to remodel her office, and laundry facilities and decorate with cute pictures and wall decals to match the curtains. I have time stamped photos of everything dating back to January which I will be posting, since I can only assume they will try to keep our security deposit. She should spend more time fixing the issues rather sitting in her office with tenants myself included telling other tenants personal business
