Cabinets arrived missing stain in visible areas, doors were cracked, gouged, and scratched. Bases had chips in them. Tom told us during installation that all issues could be fixed, but upon inspection, he stated they could not be fixed and offered a refund but no remuneration for installation costs. When he was notified less than 48 hours later that the cabinets were uninstalled and ready for pick up, he rescinded his offer of a refund because I put a negative review on the internet. Buyer Beware.
