If I could rate them NO STARS, I would! We had a blockage in a pipe. They sent someone out to fix it. He was personable and said he cleared the pipe. He took the toilet off and left it off since my contractor is installing new floors due to a previous plumbing flood. Not an hour after he left there was water pouring out of my bathroom and through the basement ceiling and all over the new cement board that was installed on the floor. I called the company back and they said they couldn't get anyone out here until tomorrow and I should just shut off the water in my house. I asked about the damage to the work my contractor was doing and I was told to make a claim with my homeowners insurance. Then she hung up on me. I called back three times and the same women just kept putting me on hold. My husband called from his phone, spoke to the same woman, and he told her what was going on. She yelled at him and said she had just spoken to his wife and she wasn't going to send anyone out until tomorrow. He asked for the owners name and contact info and she SCREAMED at him the SHE was the F******G owner and she hung up on him. The lack of professionalism is astounding. I plan to take them to small claims court for damage to my home. I can't wait to see her there. OH, and I have a recording of her SCREAMING and CURSING at my husband. DO NOT use this company.
